Shipping & Returns

  • Internet Parts Purchases can be returned within 10 days of purchase.  All shipping charges are to be prepaid at buyers expense.  No Returns on special orders or electrical parts.  A 20 percent restocking fee will be charged for each returned item. 
  • Most items will ship from our store the same day.  On rare occassions your item may be backordered.  If your item is backordered more than 5 business days we will contact you and you will have the opportunity to cancel your order.  Please allow 2 - 5 business days to receive your items.
  • A UPS tracking shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address you provide.
